Your orders are shipped from our China local warehouses. Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. Customized items will be shipped in 7-10 days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an E-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation E-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS, UPS, or DHL fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS), DHL(1-800-225-5345) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at in [email protected] before 5pm GMT the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12am and 5am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped.
If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is waiting to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you’d like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)
ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
