Please Note that Refund / Exchange Requests must be made within 15 days of Purchase and meet the criteria outlined below: We will refund the purchase amount of the product and not the shipping cost.
• Contact our customer service within 15 days of purchase to initiate a refund/exchange request. • Item must NOT have been wore, colored, cut, or altered in any manner • Please note: If the item is used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided. • The item must be in its original packaging. • Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. • Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. • Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office before a return can be granted.
The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

1. The item cannot be wore or cut, keep the original condition as you received. 2. The barcode on the package cannot be damaged or not clear. 3. Contact us before you return it.
The above policy is only available when you get item not over 15 days, and item is under original condition. But after 15 days you received item, if you have any problems, you still can contact us, we will try our best to solve.
Return Process: Step 1: Within 15 days of your order is received, email Cusular Customer Service Center at [email protected] to explain the reason for the return/exchange and to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Only those returned packages that include an RA number will be accepted. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our authorization! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
Step 2: Prepare returned items in secure packaging, including the original order invoice with the Returns section completed.
Step 3: Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the Returns Address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we’ll further inspect the items and your refund will be processed. All refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
